ForOne Child Safety Standards

Updated: September 16, 2026

Child safety at ForOne rests on three layers: prevention before the event, detection while it unfolds, and response once a violation is confirmed. This document explains, layer by layer, the means by which minors are kept outside, the manner in which risks are detected, and the action taken afterwards. The complete arrangement we maintain on this subject can be gathered from what follows, whether you come to it as a user, a parent, a guardian or a regulator. One point is stated first of all: a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is applied by us, and no circumstance alters that position.

Our position: a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation

Any content or conduct involving child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse, or harm to minors in any manner meets a zero-tolerance policy at ForOne. Applicable laws and regulations, together with the child safety requirements of Google Play, are strictly observed by us; neither the form in which content appears, nor the language used, nor the extent of its circulation causes that standard to be relaxed.

It is further declared that minors have never been the intended users of the Application, and that the Application will never serve as a channel through which minors may be approached.

Layer one · Prevention: the means by which minors are kept outside

The age threshold is the first gate, and the following measures are maintained by us to keep it effective:

Layer two · Boundaries: the list of expressly prohibited conduct

Strict prohibition attaches to the conduct below; that it happens in a private chat, in a group or in any other non-public setting grants no exemption:

Where this standard is breached in any way, the principle governing our handling is this: once confirmed, action is taken immediately. The specific measures are set out in the Response section below.

Layer three · Detection: how risks are identified

Technical tools and manual review are combined by us to keep platform content and user behaviour under continuous management:

Leads concerning child safety are dispatched and reviewed on a priority basis, and the progress of handling may be reported back to the person who raised it.

Reporting channel one: in-app reporting

Should a suspected minor's account, content causing harm to children, or harassment or grooming aimed at a minor come to your notice, the in-app reporting function accepts the lead: open the other party's profile page or the chat window, tap "Report", choose the "Involving minors / child safety" category, and follow the prompt to attach screenshots or a written description. Anonymous submission is equally accepted.

Reporting channel two: reporting by support email

The in-app channel being inconvenient, or the lead being submitted in the capacity of a parent, guardian or regulator, an email may go to service@forone-chat.com; the account involved, the time of occurrence, the form of the content and any relevant screenshots should be stated as far as possible. Receipt of a report is followed by prompt review and, as circumstances require, by necessary measures. Where a lead points to an emergency of physical danger in the real world, the local police or a child protection agency should be contacted at the same time.

Response: handling once a violation is confirmed

Depending on the seriousness of the violation, the following measures are taken by us against accounts breaching this standard:

How information relating to minors is handled

Because minors are prohibited from using the Application, personal information of children is not actively gathered by us. If information relating to a minor is obtained because of an incorrect entry, fraudulent registration or another unforeseen cause, then once this is confirmed the relevant information will be deleted, the account concerned will be restricted from further use of the Application, and similar risks will be examined so that recurrence is prevented. Such handling likewise follows the ForOne Privacy Policy.

Cooperation with third-party safety services

To strengthen safety capabilities, third-party services are integrated, such as Hive Moderation (content moderation) and Amazon Rekognition (image recognition). All partners must observe applicable data protection requirements and process data only to the extent required to provide the relevant service.

Continuous improvement and how to contact us

Legislative developments, updates to Google Play platform policies and the evolution of industry safety standards are tracked by us continuously, and age verification, content moderation and reporting-handling mechanisms are optimised in step with them.

Questions, suggestions or complaints concerning this standard, the measures protecting minors, or the outcome of related handling are welcome through the following channels.
